Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

SHIPPING:
This shipping returns and refund policy applies exclusively to deliveries offered by Virility Medical LTD (“Company” or “we”) within the U.S.
Please note that the purchase of products is limited and permitted solely to Customers located in our shipping territories in the US as detailed in the checkout page.
We may offer different shipping methods, as shall be provided during the process of placing an order, and according to the fees and delivery times that shall be detailed therein, at our discretion.
After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 2 business days, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year. In2 orders dispatched with standard shipping will generally arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Orders dispatched with express shipping will arrive within approximately 3-4 business days.
Orders placed during weekend or during a holiday will be processed the following available business day.
Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an applicable notification.
Shipping and delivery times should be used as a guide. We are not liable for any third-party delivery providers’ or your local post office’s delays.
Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping might take a little longer.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay the shipment of your order, we will notify you of such and offer you the option to cancel your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction for which the Product that you purchased is destined and we will not be held responsible for your breach of any such law.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We know that sometimes things are not exactly what you were looking for and you want your money back. The terms below details and governs any order cancellations, returns and refunds.
As long as the product is still sealed in its original condition, we accept returns subject to the conditions set forth below. None of these affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation Notice:
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us prior to the order being shipped, through our Contact Us form available HERE. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, the order would need to be refused or returned.
Please be advised that refunds for cancelled orders will post back to the original form of payment within 6 business days.
Returns:
If you wish to return your order, you must first notify us, within 30 days from the day after you received your order, through our Contact Us form available HERE. Please note that following the lapse of 30 days, you will not be entitled for a refund and the product can only be returned in the event it is faulty or damaged, as detailed below.
Once you provide us with your return request, return instructions will be provided to you. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the date that return instructions were provided. Please be advised that return shipping and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Original Condition:
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so we cannot accept your returned product where it is not completely sealed or if any labels have been broken (including packaging labels). The product is inspected on return.
Refund:
Once we receive back your returned product, we will send you a notice, and issue a full refund for the product (excluding any shipping costs) to your original payment method, within 14-days. Please note that we cannot process a refund to any other form of payment.
We may withhold any refund until we have received your order back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the order, whichever is the earlier.
We do not accept returns for unwanted orders after the relevant return period above. If you try to make a return, we may (however not obligated to) send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS
The returned product is at your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure it is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, it is your sole responsibility to keep a durable proof of your request to return the order.
RETURN OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT
If you believe that the product you received is damaged or faulty, please contact us through our Contact Us form available HERE.
In order to determine the condition of your product we will ask you to take photos of the product and provide us with additional information such as information regarding your use of the product. If we deem that the product you have received is indeed faulty or otherwise damaged, we will collect the product from you at our expense. You may send us the photos of
the damaged or faulty product either through the Contact Us form or via email.
Once we receive the product, and subject to our determination it is damaged, we will issue a replacement or full refund – as requested by you. A refund will be made via your original payment method.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as
product misuse, misinterpreting instructions, or if you are otherwise responsible for the fault.
NOTE, ALL TIME PERIODS QUOTED IN THIS POLICY FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF THEY END ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR BANK HOLIDAY. THIS INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION PERIODS AND THE TIME LIMITS FOR RETURNING GOODS, PROVIDING REFUNDS, ETC.
